Application
It is specially designed for the production of micro-coaxial cables for physical foamed polyethylene insulation, special cables and communication cables, and data cables for the production of small loss and long life. It is especially suitable for the production of small coaxial cables. Such as: IEEE1394, CAT5E, DVI, ATA, UL2919 and so on.

Foaming degree: imported high pressure nitrogen injection system (Max) : 78%, low pressure nitrogen injection system (Max) : 70%. Quality control: equipped with outer diameter capacitance detecting device, which controls the process parameters such as outer diameter and foaming degree of the whole process.
Handpiece: It is equipped with a special machine head for physical foaming.
