Single stranded wire
The so-called stranded wire refers to the operation of twisting a plurality of core wires together under the action of a stranding machine. Machine equipment used in this station: stranding machine, cotton or aluminum foil machine. Work fixtures used in this station: pay-off frame, rubber shaft, eye mold, hex wrench, adjustable wrench, bayonet wrench, scissors, wire stripper. Materials used in this station: core wire, cotton paper or aluminum book, cleaning film, label.
Single strander operation content
1. Turn on the power switch and check if the machine is in the normal state.
2. Confirm whether the online specifications are correct according to the blueprint.
3. Pull the core wire from the tension frame guide wheel to the stranded eye die, peel off the outer PVC, twist the core wire and connect the wire to pull the core wire through the eye mold and pull it onto the rubber shaft.
4. Set parameters such as lay length, twisting direction, supply line tension, and belt tension according to the blueprint.
5. Set the total number of twisted wires and the number of meters in advance according to the order requirements.
6. Start the machine. The first inspection checks to confirm the qualified rear energy production.
7. In the normal operation of the machine, do autonomous inspection.
8. When the lower shaft is used, wrap the core wire with the cleaning film, attach the label, and place it in the designated place.
9. When wrapping aluminum foil, select the appropriate size and twisting direction according to the engineering blueprint, install it in the belt head in a uniform direction, and adjust the suitable tension to make the conductive aluminum foil surface contact the core wire.
10. The speed of the aluminum foil package should be balanced with the twisting speed of the core wire.
Single stranding machine operation precautions
1. During the normal operation of the machine, it is strictly forbidden to open the cover.
2. Do not make dead knots when wiring. (Wrap with cotton thread, pay attention to the direction of the socket)
3. When the lower shaft is used, the number of knots and the number of knots should be indicated on the label to facilitate the next process.
4. For non-emergency parking, do not press the red emergency stop button.
5. Turn off the power after shutdown.
6. When the aluminum foil is wrapped, the core wire should be completely covered by the aluminum foil. Generally, the overlap ratio of the aluminum foil is 27%-30%, and the overlap width is 2-4 mm (the specific requirements of the special model reference line card).
7. The tension of the aluminum foil should be suitable. If the tension is too large, the aluminum foil is easy to be broken, and the tension is too small to slip the core wire.
8, aluminum foil can not be reversed, conductive surface (white bright surface, test with a multimeter to conduct) must wrap the core and ground.
9. The ground wire should not be wrapped in the middle of the core wire. It should be wound around the side of the whole core wire to make contact with the conductive surface of the aluminum foil.
10. If an abnormality is found in the production and cannot be solved by yourself, immediately stop the machine and report to the foreman or technician for processing.
11. When installing the wire eye mold, pay attention to the size of the stranded core wire when it is passed. To prevent scratching the core wire.
12, the tension adjustment should be appropriate (too tight) will cause the internal core wire tension in the state of being externally intact.
